It involves understanding how to effectively share their life experiences and knowledge through digital tools (like creating simple presentations\, using social media for family updates\, or even basic blogging)\, while simultaneously learning to critically evaluate and safely interact with online information. \n  \nHow this workshop will benefit seniors in their everyday life: \n\nEnhanced Communication: Seniors will be able to connect more easily with family and friends\, especially those living far away\, using video calls\, social media\, and email.
